Firstly you will receive a new client information and assessment form to complete and return to me. I will spend some time then getting to know a little bit about you before your first and subsequent sessions. There is no charge for this.
You can rest assured that all sessions and healings are strictly private and confidential.
Depending on your needs, we can work together only once, occasionally, weekly, fortnightly or monthly. Together we will identify what the key areas are that are holding you back, determine your goals and create a plan of action to work toward achieving them as quickly as possible.
As your Holistic and Spiritual Life Coach, I will use a variety of healing techniques to guide you through each block or barrier that is holding you back.
You will be given the tools and tips to take with you to help continue your healing journey at home or work or any time you begin to feel overwhelmed or unsure in a situation.
Located in the Strzelecki Ranges in Gippsland, the delightful township of Mirboo North sits upon the meandering Grand Ridge Road.
Sessions are available via Zoom, Phone or in Person
Zoom is an internet based video call, it is a very private and confidential platform which is free and easy to join. I will send you an email before your session with a Zoom link, password and instructions.
